Day 1 – Welcome to Christchurch

Enjoy a relaxing transfer to your hotel on arrival at Christchurch Airport. Today, you will be having quality leisure time followed by a Welcome Reception and dinner with your New Zealand escorted coach tours Director.

Day 2 Christchurch – Franz Josef

You’ll board to the TranzAlpine in the morning of day two. It is considered as one of the top six train journeys across the world. Enjoy this beautiful and spectacular journey while exploring the magnetisms of Canterbury Plains through the Southern Alps to Arthur’s Pass. Later on the day, take happiness in discovering the attractiveness of Hokitika in the other world, the home of native greenstone (jade). Also, factory visit and jewelry demonstration is there on itinerary. As for the next stop, it is none other than the mesmerizing Franz Josef Glacier (try out for the optional scenic Franz Josef Glacier flight available).

Day 3 Franz Josef – Queenstown

The magical view of Haast Pass, Thunder Creek Falls and a rainforest walk awaits for you on day three of this adventurous itinerary. After that, splendours of trio of lakes – Wanaka, Hawea, Dunstan is there to rejuvenate your mind and nomadic soul. Don’t miss the opportunity to try out some extraordinarily sumptuous stone fruit at Cromwell, more reputed as the stone fruit capital. Later on, you’ll stopover at the globally reputed and historic gold mining at Arrowtown, nestled on the Arrow River. Do you know? This was previously considered as one of the world’s richest rivers. At the end, you will be taken to Queenstown known for its epithet as New Zealand’s adventure capital.

Day 4 Queenstown ‘Free Time’

This day has been well preserved for exploring the beauty and attractiveness of Queenstown, all day. Exotic wine, adventurous garden tours, exciting jet boat rides, reviving white water rafting and what not? Queenstown has each and every fact and facets required for making a vacation more surprising and exhilarating. During the evening plunge into the opportunity to cruise across Lake Wakatipu, New Zealand’s oldest steamship taking you to the TSS Earnslaw and enrooted to Walter Peak Station. Over here you will be enjoying the carver for a mouth relishing ‘Highlight Dinner’ at the Colonel’s Homestead. Here is not the end. There is an after-dinner farm show scheduled for you that would certainly provide a glimpse on high-country farm life.

Day 5 Queenstown – Te Anau

Take the adventurous Devil’s Staircase, for the shores of Lake Wakatipu enrooted to Te Anau on day five. Prepare yourself for getting enthralled with the beautiful sights of Fiordland National Park and Milford Sound more reputed as one of the world’s most marvelous places. Once being here you can go for cruising on the waters of natural wonder. Take a drive through the hand-made and the beautiful architecture of Homer Tunnel.  Get indulged into the plentiful photo opportunities at the amazing Mirror Lake, Cleddau Valley, Pop’s Lookout, Mitre Peak, the Chasm and Bowen Falls. At the end take the route back to Te Anau. Finally, visit to explore the beautiful Te Anau Glow Worm Caves.

Day 6 Te Anau – Dunedin

Dunedin is your ideal destination for a dream city tour. Also, don’t miss the opportunity to experience the adventure of exploring the sheep-filled farming land, once being here. Take a visit to the Cadbury Factory and even you can get indulged for a ride at the Taieri Gorge Railway.

Day 7 Dunedin – Omarama

In the course, hydro electric dams at Waitaki and Aviemore, to Omarama is there to mesmerize you with its architectural beauty.

Day 8 Omarama – Christchurch

After completing all these, continue over the colorful extravaganza of Canterbury Plains to Christchurch.
