DAY 1 – Auckland

‘Haere Mai’ – Welcome to New Zealand. Have a comfortable transfer to your relaxing accommodation after an enjoyable flight. We will be meeting you at the airport for beginning an adventurous North Island independent coach tour itinerary.

DAY 2 – Auckland – Paihia

Day two has been prepared for making you to experience the wonders of travelling to the Bay of Islands and then taking you through the stunning scenic beauty of sub-tropical bush and native forests to the foreshores of the National Maritime Park. Wait! Here is not all, experience the spectacular journey to your much awaited and charismatic destination – the seaside town of Paihia. The tour would also take you to the Waitangi Treaty Grounds – most important historic site of this Pacific Nation. Finally, enjoy a relaxing travel back to your accommodation.

The rest of your day has been kept for an amazing leisure time spending.

DAY 3 – Bay of Islands

An adventurous trip to Cape Reinga that includes lunch has been well planned for day three of the itinerary.

Cape Reinga is perhaps the ultimate northern New Zealand travel destination to meet with your nomadic soul. Two oceans colliding at one point and the beautiful landscape around simply embrace the adventure at a level higher. Visit to discover ‘the place of leaping’. It is considered as the province from where Maori spirits had begun their final journey.

Coach will pick you up at 7:00am (approx) & return at 6:30pm (approx)

DAY 4 – Bay of Islands-Auckland

Take this day for enjoying the adventurous Cape Brett cruise. The day has also been planned for taking you to the globally famous “Hole in Rock” visit. After having your delicious lunch we will take you to adventure across the last sights of this region.  Later on, take an amazing Coach back to Auckland.

DAY 5 – Auckland-Waitomo-Rotorua

You will be picked up from your hotel @ approx 07:30

Prepare yourself for leaving Auckland in the morning on day five as you will be travelling through the Waikato and King Country regions. In the course experience the splendors of passing by amazing farmland and the beautiful picturesque view of the countryside. Get well guided by experienced local driver who will deliver you an entertaining commentary while adventuring around.  Acquire all the required highlights about Rangiriri – the major battle ground of 1863 that was fought between colonial forces and those loyal to the Maori King.

Have an adventurous walk through the main cave. Explore the impressive underground boat trip through its glowworm grotto. Enjoy a picnic lunch on board while your coach continues onto Rotorua.

This evening you will enjoy a traditional Maori Hangi

DAY 6 – Rotorua

An action-packed day trip is ready in this itinerary on day six. Take pleasure in exploring the exceptional Maori culture, New Zealand’s diverse natural wonders and of course, the magical charm of Middle-earth.

The day starts with an adventurous morning sightseeing tour. This would take you around three of Rotorua’s iconic attractions. The cultural centre at Te Puia from here, you can gather insight into Maori traditions and their ways of life. Later on, visit the geothermal wonderland of impressive geysers and boiling mud pools.

Next is the opportunity to explore the beautiful and charismatic Rainbow Springs. It is globally popular as the ultimate nature park that showcases native flora and fauna which also includes having glimpses of famous New Zealand kiwi. After that, take glances of New Zealand’s agricultural industry in action with sheep dog trials at the Agrodome and also the world famous sheep-shearing display.

It is followed by your opportunity to join the Hobbiton Movie Set coach tour and have a much awaited scenic drive across the Kaimai Ranges to the picturesque 1,250 acre farm near Matamata. Do you know? The pleasing scenes of this province have been the destination for the Lord of the Rings and Hobbit movies.

DAY 7 – Rotorua-Wellington

Your intercity coach departs Rotorua at 8:50a.m on day seven. This would be heading you to the south on State Highway 1 to the New Zealand capital Wellington and would arrive at 4:45pm. You will be comfortably transferred to your accommodation.


We will drive you to Otorohanga on this day. Join the Overlander Train (If train does not operate, you will be travelling by coach) for enjoying the way through:

  • Hill farms of the King Country
  • The volcanic landscapes of the National Park
  • The river-chiselled cliffs and gorges of the Rangitikei
  • The sprawling Manawatu Plain
  • The horticultural and coastal settlements of the Kapiti Coast and
  • Into Wellington, New Zealand’s Harbour Capital

Depart: 6:40am – Arrive Otorohanga 8:30am (approx)
Depart: Otorohanga 10:45am – Arrive Wellington 6:25pm

Train travels on Monday-Thursday-Saturday- Option must be added to cost if you wish to take train
Upon arrival you will be transferred to your accommodation
